Respect and Dignity for Every Young Person
Every child and young person is recognized as a unique personality with inalienable dignity. Respectful interaction is the basis of every encounter in the leisure school.
Development of Intrinsic Motivation
True learning comes from an inner drive. The leisure school creates spaces where children and young people can discover their own enthusiasm and grow from within.
Promotion of Self-Reflection and Responsibility
Through guided reflection, participants learn to understand their own actions and take responsibility for themselves and the community.
Support for Creative and Moral Development
Creativity and value education go hand in hand. Through artistic, musical, and ethical activities, the character and personality of children and young people develop.
