Module 4: Ethics in Business

Ethical decision-making, dilemmas and responsibility towards employees and society.

Module 5: Sustainable Team Culture

Building trust, creating psychological safety and leveraging diversity as a strength.

Module 6: Practical Transfer & Certification

Individual action plan, case studies and final presentation with certificate.
